Overview:

We are seeking a Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be part of an Install Team responsible for assembling and installing solar panel systems on rooftops or other structures.

As a Solar Installer, you will be part of a team working under a Solar Team Lead on a job site. No experience necessary, on the job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities listed include the type of work that a Solar Install Team performs, no experience is necessary, team training will be provided by the Team Leader.

• unloading of hardware on site
• mounting of racking systems
• light electrical microinverter work
• installation of panels
• job site cleanup
• conformity to safety regulations

Typical construction hours : 7 AM - 5 PM. (Actual experience may vary)

Basic Requirements:

• ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• comfortability working at roof heights
• comfortability on ladders
• ability to use hand tools
• have a pulse and common sense

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
